GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (AGB)
Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "AGB") apply to all contracts concluded between SK BEAUTY CLINIC (hereinafter referred to as "cosmetic studio") and the customer. The AGB apply in the current version at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

Services
​
The cosmetic studio offers cosmetic treatments as well as other services in the field of beauty care. The specific services are determined by the cosmetic studio's current range of services.

Conclusion of Contract
​
A contract is concluded by the customer's acceptance of the cosmetic studio's offer. Acceptance is given by booking the desired service in the cosmetic studio or by the cosmetic studio's telephone or written confirmation of the appointment.

Payment Terms
​
The prices for the cosmetic studio's services are based on the current range of services and are to be paid on-site at the cosmetic studio. Payment can be made online by credit/debit card or in cash at the studio.

​
Appointment Booking and Cancellation
​
Appointments are made by booking on-site at the cosmetic studio, by telephone, or by email. If the customer is unable to keep an appointment, they must cancel it at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, the cosmetic studio reserves the right to invoice the appointment.

Cancellation of Appointments
​
If the cosmetic studio has to cancel an appointment due to illness, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events, there is no claim for damages. However, the cosmetic studio will make every effort to offer a replacement appointment.

​
Liability
​
The cosmetic studio is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for damages caused to the customer by gross negligence or willful intent on the part of the cosmetic studio or its employees. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

​
Data Protection
​
The cosmetic studio collects, processes, and uses personal data of the customer only in accordance with the statutory provisions and only to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract.

​
Changes to the AGB
​
The cosmetic studio reserves the right to amend these AGB at any time. The amended AGB will be brought to the customer's attention no later than at the conclusion of the contract.

​
Severability Clause
If any provision of these AGB is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. In place of the invalid provision, a provision shall be deemed agreed that comes closest to achieving the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
